The resistance of an LDR depends on the intensity of light falling on it. This can be explored by measuring the resistance for different light intensities.

• Connect the LDR between SEN and Ground.
• Change the light falling on the LDR and observe the resistance.

The graph shows the voltage at the terminal SEN, that is internally connected to 3.3 volts via a 5.1 kOhm resistor. From the voltage at SEN, resistance connected can be calculated. Details of this will be explained while discussing the Ohm’s law.
